At East Kent Kitesurfing Club (“EKKC”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to provide high-quality products that support our community and charitable activities. Because our products are made to order via print-on-demand suppliers, our refunds and returns process is different from standard retail.
1. Cancellations (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
- Under UK law, online customers usually have the right to cancel within 14 days.
- As our products are made to order, this right only applies if production has not yet started.
- Once production begins, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items or change of mind. Refunds may only be considered at our discretion in the case of faulty or damaged products.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, you must provide:
- Your full name, address, email, and phone number.
- Transaction ID / order confirmation.
- Clear photographs of the product and the damage.
- Batch codes (if available).
We may request the product to be returned to us before any refund is processed.
3. What Is Covered
- Refunds will only be issued for confirmed faulty or damaged items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping charges from the original order are not refundable.
- Any refund provided will only cover the donation/profit portion of the product price, not production costs.
Refunds are granted entirely at the discretion of EKKC.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including your right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
