At East Kent Kitesurfing Club (“EKKC”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we sell calendars and other merchandise to support our community and charitable activities. This policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing
- All products are produced using print-on-demand suppliers.
- Orders are sent to production shortly after payment is confirmed.
- Because items are custom-made, production and fulfilment times can vary.
2. Delivery Times
- UK Orders: Please allow 7–14 working days from order to delivery.
- International Orders: Please allow 10–21 working days, depending on location and customs processes.
- Delivery times are estimates only. Seasonal demand, postal delays, or customs checks may extend delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
- Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.
4. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier networks, or customs agencies.
- If your order does not arrive within 28 days of dispatch, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please follow our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy for instructions on submitting a claim.
